Our Manufacturing Facility
TakumiTech® operates a modern manufacturing facility spanning over 10,000 square meters in Zhengzhou, China. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology in injection molding and mold making, enabling us to deliver high-quality solutions to clients worldwide.
Design Department
Our design department is the heart of innovation. Using advanced CAD/CAM software, our experienced engineers create precise 3D models and detailed drawings for every mold. We specialize in:

CNC Machining Center
Our CNC machining center houses 11 sets of high-precision CNC machines capable of machining complex mold components with tight tolerances. Key capabilities include:
- 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling
- High-speed machining for fine details
- Tolerances down to ±0.01mm
- Automatic tool changing for efficiency
EDM Department
Our EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) department features 9 sets of advanced EDM machines for creating complex cavities and fine details that cannot be achieved through conventional machining.

- Graphite and copper electrode machining
Quality Control Lab
Quality is paramount at TakumiTech®. Our quality control lab is equipped with advanced measurement instruments to ensure every mold meets the highest standards:

Injection Molding Workshop
Our injection molding workshop houses machines ranging from 50 to 1000 tons, capable of producing parts from small electronic components to large automotive parts. We offer:

Assembly and Packaging
Our assembly and packaging area ensures that every product is carefully assembled, inspected, and packaged to meet customer specifications and international shipping standards.
